Vehicle check-in & parking

Your first show? Apply with your vehicle details, choose a judged class or display only, and tell us if you need help choosing a class. The team confirms availability, entry fees, display footprint, and included passes before payment. An application does not reserve a space.

Sections A–F are planned parking locations, not vehicle classes. Judges use your entry number, section, and recorded category to find your vehicle. Friends and clubs who want to park together should apply together and arrive together; grouped placement must be confirmed in advance.

Confirmed entrants receive an arrival guide with the correct entrance, check-in window, vehicle card instructions, judging and award times, and departure arrangements. The show-day plan includes welcome and parking marshals, an assistance area for entry questions, visible staff, and signs to visitor amenities.

Show vehicles and general visitor parking are directed separately. Keep accessible parking, pedestrian routes, hotel access, and emergency access clear. Trailer unloading and oversized displays need advance arrangements. Final parking capacity and sellable display spaces are pending site-layout confirmation.

Judged entrants receive the final criteria and schedule before the show. Our judging plan includes a visible review mark on the vehicle card. If yours remains unmarked near the published deadline, contact participant help before judging closes. Read the full entrant and arrival guide.

Columbus Expo admission includes car show spectator access. Vehicle competition entry is separate.
